Holiness, Part II: A Holy Nation

Holiness is a serious challenge for anyone, especially for one who knows their sin.  Praise the Lord for the Atonement of Jesus Christ.  The Savior intervened in the condemnation of sinners by way of the Cross offering Himself instead of His chose people, the Church.  As a result, the Anointed One saved them and enabled them to receive the Holy Spirit, the eternal anointing of God applying His righteousness.  By applying His holy righteousness to the Church, Christ called us out of darkness into His marvelous light.  Thus we are are a holy nation not of our own work, but the finished work of Christ.

Join us Wednesday, May 8th as we consider the holiness of God’s peculiar people.
